Pass the Martinis

Despite all the criticism 38-year-old English actor Daniel Craig has received, ever since he was tapped to replace Pierce Brosnan as spy James Bond in the forthcoming film Casino Royale, you have to ask yourself: How much more vocal might the world’s myriad Bond aficionados have been, had producers taken actor Jamie Foxx’s advice and made 007 black, instead?

Foxx, who plays Rico Tubbs in the new Miami Vice film, told Britain’s Sun tabloid that 35-year-old American rapper and actor Sean “P. Diddy” Combs deserved the role. “Bond has got to come on up, man,” Foxx said. “They’ve got to get with the times.”
