PaperBack: “Blood of My Brother”

Blood of My Brother, by “C.H. Thames,” aka Milton Lesser (Permabooks, 1963). The Virginia-born Lesser also penned novels under the pseudonym Stephen Marlowe, including his famous series featuring well-traveled private eye Chester Drum.

Just a bit of clarification. By the time this book was published, Lesser had (in the late 1950s) legally changed his name to Stephen Marlowe, which had been one of his pseudonymns. The statement that "Lesser also penned novels under the pseudonymn Stephen Marlowe" is true but obscures the fact that Marlowe was his legal name.
