My Kirkus Reviews column for this week turns the spotlight on eight crime, mystery, and thriller novels, all of which are due to be published in the United States between now and Christmas. Among the picks are works by Andrew Hunt, Ruth Rendell, Barry Maitland, and Michael Stanley. You can read the full piece here.
Of course, eight books is the merest fraction of what publishers will release over the next four months. Either later today, or possibly tomorrow, I shall post a more extensive list in The Rap Sheet of novels (and a few volumes of non-fiction) that will appear in bookstores on both sides of the Atlantic during these closing months of 2015 and that I think you will enjoy. Watch for it.
