Just over a week ago, The Rap Sheet announced its latest book-giveaway drawing. The prizes on offer this time, courtesy of publisher Forge, were five copies of Night Life, former film and TV screenwriter David C. Taylor’s 1950s-set debut cop thriller. Today we can finally name the winners of those books, chosen at random from among dozens of entries. They are:
• Madonna Smith of Effingham, Illinois
• Susan Yandreski of Burlington, Ontario, Canada
• Bill Hamilton of Honolulu, Hawaii
• Jimmy Singley of Houston, Texas
• Susan Robinette of Nashvile, Tennessee
Congratulations to all five loyal Rap Sheet readers! Forge has been sent all of your contact information, and should be sending out your free copies with due dispatch.
Thanks again to everyone who entered this drawing. After a slow start, it turned out to be very popular and competitive. If you’re one of the many people who didn’t win, don’t fret. We should have another giveaway competition starting soon.
