Sisters in Crime Australia has named the winners of its 2013 Davitt Awards, commendations that are intended to recognize “the best crime writing by women.” The prizes were handed out during a dinner held on August 31 in Melbourne, hosted by New Zealand crime writer (and Ngaio Marsh Award finalist) Vanda
