Nuts and Bolts of Writing Dicks

Colleen Collins and Shaun Kaufman, the authors of How to Write a Dick: A Guide for Writing Fictional Sleuths from a Couple of Real-Life Sleuths, will offer a couple of online classes next month to would-be private-eye novelists. One is titled “From Chasing Skips to Solving White-Collar Crimes: The 21st-Century Private Eye,” while the other is called “Surveillance 101.” Class descriptions and registration details can be found in their blog, Guns, Gams, and Gumshoes.
