Listaholic’s rundown of “50 Theme Songs I’ll Never Forget” covers some obvious winners, including the introductory music from Remington Steele (#4), Mission: Impossible (#8), Miami Vice (#17), CSI: Miami (#25), Hawaii Five-O (#30), and Shaft (#35). Speaking as a longtime fan of such themes, though, I’d have added the tunes from such crime series as the NBC Mystery Movie, Peter Gunn, Banacek, Ironside, Assignment: Vienna, and The Rockford Files. Just for starters.
