Murder to Your Ears

Let’s see if we’ve got this straight now. There’s a blog called In for Questioning, supervised by Sandra Ruttan, which deals with “International publishers. Smaller presses. Authors to watch for. Underground projects. Contests. E-zines.” And now there’s another In for Questioning, this being a “weekly podcast geared toward crime fiction” and launched by Angie Johnson-Schmit. And the podcast is being promoted in the blog of that same name. Is that right?

In any case, Johnson-Schmit’s first podcast episode finds her interviewing Australian author, blogger, and social networker Daniel Hatadi. As the interviewer summarizes it, they “discuss Crimespace, the ‘left under the bed’ first novel, short stories, and his unnatural love for a dead rubber chicken. We also find out how Daniel would off Prof. Plum, and what goes next to the shrimp on his barbie.” You can listen to their conversation here.

The next guest on this podcast is supposed to be Cornelia Read, the Edgar-nominated author of A Field of Darkness.
