We just can’t seem to stop writing about Jonathan Littell, the son of American spy novelist Robert Littell (The Company, Vicious Circle). And now we have even more good reason to do so, as his literary novel, Les Bienveillantes, just won France’s prestigious Prix Goncourt. (Read more here.) “No one is saying this so far, in the reports I’ve read, but he seems to be the first American to win the Goncourt,” writes Jerome Weeks at Book/Daddy.
