Courtesy of Gerald So comes word about the debut of yet another online crime-fiction mag, called Mouth Full of Bullets. The editor is self-described “investigator, sniper, instructor, boxer, family man,” and author B.J. Bourg, who promises to deliver “stories and poems that will shock you, scare you, and uplift you.”
The premiere issue contains an interview with short-story writer John M. Floyd, along with fiction by Kevin R. Tipple (“Neither Here Nor There”), Kimberly Brown (“Fugitive”), Earl Staggs (“Baltimore Bounty”), and others, plus poetry by the likes of Stephen D. Rogers and Mr. So himself. Oh, and let’s not forget the “flash fiction” section and book reviews. It’s all quite a mouthful, indeed. I look forward to seeing how this e-zine develops.
