Lest We Forget Completely

Hmm. The latest crop of “forgotten books” posts seems to be about evenly split between crime fiction and science fiction. Included among the former recommendations are: Shakedown, by Richard Ellington; Homicidal Lady, by Day Keene; Shadows Before, by Dorothy Bowers; Off Side, by Manuel Vazquez Montalban; The Cheim Manuscript, by Richard S. Prather; Mad Men Die Alone, by Josiah E. Greene; Tongking, by Dan Cushman; Dark Angel, by John Dale; Journey Into Fear, by Eric Ambler; and The House Without a Key, by Earl Derr Biggers.

Series organizer Patti Abbott hosts three more reading suggestions in her own blog, where she also has a full listing of both this week’s and last week’s entries.
