The Hand Sellers Speak

The Independent Mystery Booksellers Association has announced its nominees for the 2007 Dilys Award, named in honor of Dilys Winn, the founder of New York City’s now-deceased Murder Ink bookstore. This commendation honors the book that IMBA members most enjoyed selling during the previous year. And the nominees are:
Billy Boyle, by James R. Benn (Soho)
Holmes on the Range, by Steve Hockensmith (St. Martin’s Minotaur)
The Mournful Teddy, by John J. Lamb (Berkley Prime Crime)
Still Life, by Louise Penny (St. Martin’s Minotaur)
The Virgin of Small Plains, by
Nancy Pickard (Ballantine)
The Thirteenth Tale, by Diane Setterfield (Atria)
The Dilys winner will be announced during the Left Coast Crime convention, to be held in Seattle, February 1-4.
