Congratulations are due Georgia novelist David Fulmer on two counts. First, because his New Orleans-based, 2006 historical crime novel, Rampart Street, was among the books mentioned in New York Magazine’s recent selection of “The Best Novels You’ve Never Read.” Second, because the CD version of that same work (read by Dion Graham) has picked up the 2007 Benjamin Franklin Award for Best Adult Fiction Audiobook.
