Here's my final sentence - The best thing about a book this dated was its length - only 197 pages. At the time my plan was to try to read books by some of the writers I hadn't read who were featured in Brian Ritt's Paperback Confidential. That project hasn't got very far. I just remember that I liked them, but then I like most of Albert's work.
