With today marking the 28th year since the death, at age 68, of American detective novelist Ross Macdonald, I’ve put together a gallery of his book fronts in my other blog, Killer Covers. Some of those images come from his private eye Lew Archer series, while others were created for Macdonald’s comparatively few standalone novels.
