Love Is a Many-Splintered Thing

This is also the day when bloggers Patti Abbott, Aldo Calcagno, and Gerald So are looking to hear from everybody who wants to participate in their Valentine’s Day flash fiction event. They’re inviting both published and aspiring mystery writers to post short stories about love and crime on the Web. The length should be 750 words or fewer, and all entries are supposed to go up tomorrow, February 14.

If you’re planning to take part, just drop an e-mail note to Abbott (at aa2579@wayne.edu), Calcagno (powderburnflash@sbcglobal.net), or So (g_so@yahoo.com), letting them know the title of your story and where it will appear. They’ll be keeping a catalogue of entries throughout the day. If you don’t have your own blog or Web site, Calcagno has offered to post participating stories in Powder Burn Flash, his noir fiction blog. Just let him know.
